Ides of March: Test Framework Potluck

We’ll be meeting in Iowa City at the Cramer Dev offices at 8:00 PM on March 15th.
If you have a favorite one, bring along a JavaScript (or other language for that matter) test framework/harness you like (or don’t like, for that matter) and we can see how they measure up. QUnit, Vows, Nodeunit,the Node.js assert module, and Sinon.JS have already said they’re coming, and more would be welcome.
As always, BYOB and we’ll have snacks and coffee available.
Administrative Notes
* If anybody prefers Cedar Rapids over Iowa City, we can still get The Vault reserved, so speak up if that’s your preference and we can start rotating locations again.
* Anybody who wants to take a crack at redesigning the website is more than welcome.
* I’m going to send out a newsletter on our Mailchimp account to see who’s using it. If you’re OK with getting everything on Twitter (@iowajs) and this blog, just unsubscribe and I’ll shut it down if nobody’s using it.

IowaJS February: Hearts, Flowers, and Modules

Thursday, February 16th we’ll be meeting in Iowa City at the Cramer Dev offices at 226 S. Clinton St. at 8:00 PM.
We’ll be talking modules: CommonJS, Node, AMD, Harmony, and whatever else can be brought up. Bring you own experiences with and opinions about using module systems.
As always, anything else want to talk about is fair game, and any skill level person is welcome, as long as you want to hang out and are somewhat interested in JavaScript or programming.
Snacks will be provided, BYOB, and hope to see everybody there.
